Mushroom Gravy  காளான் குழம்பு ingredients  : 150 gms mushroom 2 onions 1 tomato 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste salt to taste 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tbsp chopped coriander 5 curry leaves Method  : Cut and wash the mushrooms. Heat oil in a kadhai. Tamper mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add sliced onions and ginger-garlic paste. Saute a while and add tomatoes. Add mushroom, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix all and add salt to taste. Add water if needed and cook it covered for 10-15 mins. Garnish with chopped coriander. It tastes like non veg dish. Egg & Mushroom Curry -  முட்டை மற்றும் காளான் குழம்பு Egg & Mushroom Curry , a very easy and delicious curry flavored with garam masala. This curry goes well with roti or any other indian bread variety. You can also serve this with steamed rice or jeera or ghee rice. This is a typical north indian style curry preparation. We have not added coconut for creaminess. Instead, tomato puree and thick yogurt makes it look creamy. You can replace yogurt with cashew paste for the rich taste.
